I do not wish to be tense. I wish to greet the unknown with a sense of openness. To watch with non-judgement the unfolding. To smile, to take in, to wonder, to respond, to move, to react.
To see what is truly there in space and time. This is how I want to be. To be hit with my emotions like waves landing each on the shore, and striking their own energetic pattern upon the sand, no two alike, each driven by its own energy, leaving its very own pattern, as unique as each one’s signature. What I mean is each emotion has its place to strike the sand and leave its own mark, unmarred by old experiences or new worries. This in my own mind, is what it means to be authentic. An unshaped expression being born to each moment. We know not the baby before he is born, who comes now totally unaffected by anything else other than at this time in this place – truly new to all thoughts. Just watch it. Just wait. Just respond. Just move. Just adjust in the moment. The unfolding. The making in the here and now. The present moment.
